INTEGRITY & COMPLIANCE

As world economies become increasingly interconnected both in terms of physical trade and data flows, stakeholders need to create a global framework for compliance and integrity as the foundation for sound growth.

The creation of common standards for reporting and transparency would not only encourage cross-border growth, but also serve to mitigate rising cybercrime, money laundering and terrorist financing issues.

The B20 Indonesia Integrity and Compliance Task Force aims to discuss these topics, along with initiatives to manage third party and regulatory compliance risk. Such underlying scaffolding is critical to creating resilient and sustainable economic growth, by putting up preventive safeguards against major systemic risks.
